Who we are

Sakeenah Group looks after your data in Vision Craft.

What we collect, and why

• Your account — your name and email, so we know it's you.
• Your check-up — your answers to the 27 questions and the scores from them, to show how your vision is doing.
• Your vision — the text you write (with AI help), to build your downloadable vision.
• Your chats — your messages with AI Yash and its replies, to coach you.
• Dates for the above.

We keep things to a minimum: we never collect your date of birth, ID number, phone number, address, or any HR data.

About the AI

AI Yash is a computer helper, not a person. Your coaching and vision requests are sent to Google Cloud to be handled.

Sent outside Mauritius

Google may handle your data outside Mauritius. This is covered by proper safeguards.

Just guidance

All results and coaching are guidance only. They are not decisions about you, and are never used for hiring, promotion, pay, or discipline.

How long we keep it

• Chats: up to 90 days.
• Finished check-ups: up to 365 days.
• We don't keep anything forever.

Your choices

Anytime, in Data controls, you can:

• Download all your data.
• Delete a chat, or your whole account (this erases everything).
• Change your mind — we'll stop using your data and turn off the AI coach.

Keeping it safe

Only you can see your own data. AI replies and scores are saved by our servers and can't be changed by users. Your data is protected when sent and when stored.
